Privacy Policy

About this policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Highline Power (“Highline,” “we,” “us” or “our”), collects, uses and shares personal information through highlinepower.co and related inquiries and job applications. It does not cover the separate services or websites of our portfolio companies.

Information we collect

When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, company, contact details and message. If you apply for a role, this may also include your resume, employment and education history, qualifications and other application materials. Please provide only information relevant to your inquiry or application.

Our hosting and security providers may process basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, pages requested and access times, to deliver the website, maintain its security and diagnose technical problems.

How we use information

We use personal information to respond to inquiries, evaluate potential business relationships, assess job applications and communicate with candidates. We also use information as needed to operate and protect our website and systems, prevent misuse, maintain business records and meet legal obligations.

How we share information

We may share information with service providers that support website hosting, IT, email and recruiting, as needed to perform those functions for us. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, where required by law or legal process, to protect rights and safety or in connection with a proposed or completed merger, financing or transfer of our business, subject to applicable safeguards. We may share information at your direction or with your consent.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use optional analytics, advertising pixels or cross-site tracking on this website. Any cookies or similar technologies are limited to those needed to operate and secure the site. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising through this website. Because we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking, browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals do not change those practices.

Retention and security

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to inquiries, completing recruitment and meeting legal or recordkeeping obligations. Retention depends on the nature of the information, our relationship with you and applicable requirements. We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, but no system or transmission method is completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You can contact us at contact@highlinepower.co to ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have additional rights, including rights to obtain a copy of your information or object to or restrict certain uses. We will respond as required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity. Some requests may be subject to legal exceptions. You can also ask us to stop sending nonessential communications.

Our website may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, which we encourage you to review.

Children’s information

Our website is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
